Find Your Passion!

At some point in our lives we all struggle with the thought of finding our passion.  Questions such as: Who am I? What am I meant to do? and What if I choose the wrong career? all pop into our heads.  These questions are perfectly normal as everyone at some point in their life fears the thought of chasing unattainable goals.  Therefore I have put together a five step process which has helped me find my passion and will surely help you find yours (or at least point you in the right direction):

1) Write down the happiest moments in your life. (This will trigger you to awaken your passion and find a pattern in  what makes you happy)

2) Write down issues that spark your interest.  (Such as equality in education, creating a sustainable environment, or decreasing poverty)

3) Write down the career paths in which enable you to solve those problems.  (This will also serve as a direct link to your interest and your career options)

4) Map out all pros and cons of each career path.  (This step will enable you to take a critical look at all career options)

5) Choose a career path that best suites you based on the previous steps.

Tips:
If you complete this outline and the thought of achieving your dreams scares you then you are on the path success! Meaning that your dreams should be so big that you can't even see a clear path on how to achieve it but you know that it is your passion.

However, if you have completed the list and the thought of achieving your dreams does not scare you then you have not pushed yourself to reach your full potential.
